A new set of tiles has been added to Windows Phone.
These new tiles appear in the “Customization” menu, and they offer a more tailored look to your Windows Phone home screen.
The tiles are the work of user-design guru, Ziv Zivovich, who was born and raised in Israel and now lives in Germany.
He said he was inspired by the look of the Windows Phone tiles in Android, and wanted to bring his own personal touch to the tiles.
You can view Ziv’s creation in the above gallery.
He also shared a video showing off the tiles, which you can watch below.
You’ll see that these tiles come in two colors: white and dark gray.
Ziv also said that Windows Phone has been able to take advantage of new technologies that allow you to customize your home screen for a more immersive experience.
The tiles can also come in black and white, as seen in the gallery above.
Windows Phone 8.0 is now available for download, and we’ll have more info on Windows Phone updates coming soon.
In case you missed it, Zival shared some of the best Windows Phone apps and services we’ve seen this year, including his favorite app of the year.
You’re going to love it.
